III. Product Performance
(1) The bag-feeding fully automatic vacuum packaging machine consists of two rotary integrated machines (a filling system and a vacuum system respectively). The vacuum system features continuous rotary motion, with no inertia and no impact force.
(2) Quickly change the packaging bag specifications, and automatically adjust to different bag specifications with one click.
(3) Meet the hygiene standards for food processing machinery. The parts of the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food.
(4) Easy to operate: It adopts the Siemens PLC and POD (touch screen) electrical control system, featuring a user-friendly interface and easy operation. Bags without material, seals, or fillers can be recycled, preventing waste.
(5) Sealing temperature detection function: If the heating plate is damaged, an automatic alarm will be triggered on the touch screen.
(6) The sealing method employs instantaneous heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing seal.
(7) The vacuum chamber is crafted from aviation-grade aluminum using computer-controlled machining, ensuring resistance to hardening and deformation, as well as excellent sealing and durability.
